Standard chargers compatible with all types of gel, AGM, lead-acid and LiFePo4 batteries.
Charging is carried out by maintaining constant current and voltage. This implies a reduced charging time and prevents all possible permanent damage, allowing the battery to remain connected to the charger for a long time without any risk.
There is a switch to allow you to choose the right algorithm based on the type of battery to be recharged.
The charger is supplied without cables and external connectors to be purchased separately.
The device also performs the function of a power supply, the voltage output is 13.8 Volts with a maximum power of 21 A (280 W)

"EBC" PIN CONNECTION SPECIFICATIONS

Enable - Input connected to loads (LOAD) or negative
Disable - Input connected positive or not connected.
The EBC signal is used by the power supply to change the charging curve depending on whether the battery switch is open o closed:
When the battery switch is open (EBC enable) the battery charger works with the IUI0 algorithm while if the battery switch is closed (EBC disable) it automatically switches to the IUoU algorithm. Any generators (such as solar panels or other) if connected directly to the loads (LOAD) disable the operation of the EBC.
The IUI0 algorithm, unlike the «IUoU- Pb Flooded» it has an additional step which completes the charge and, if used regularly, eliminates any partial sulphation of the battery which would reduce its life. This algorithm must be applied with the battery completely disconnected from the users because, during this additional step, the battery can reach voltage values that are too high for the users and furthermore, the limited current that the battery charger delivers in this state would not be capable of powering the utilities and charging the battery at the same time.
