Replaces the old AL110S charger now discontinued.


WARNING!
If this product is used to replace an old battery charger, it is also necessary to replace the 12V connectors on the vehicle by purchasing the KAIMANO cable kit included in its accessories, to be purchased separately.
Also the 220V connector is not present and if necessary, it must be purchased separately by assembling it (purchase a plastic connector and three male fastons)
(this why the old battery chargers had an integrated 230V cable, now the new battery chargers have a Molex connector)

SUPPLIED WITHOUT ANY CABLE OR ACCESSORY, ONLY THE BATTERY CHARGER.

The AL120NB model has two variants:
one is often mounted on FORD and FIAT mechanics and ' recognizable by a gray label near the red connector of the engine battery with the writing “D-GND”, which indicates the negative command from the alternator, while the other version is often mounted on RENAULT mechanics and can be recognized why on the serigraphy relative to the red connector there is written “MOTOR D+”.

On vehicles produced before 2007, the indication of the RENAULT or FORD brand may not be correct, the important thing is that you check the D+ or D- version which is the only correct indication to correctly identify the spare part.

The version is easily identifiable by looking at the connector side, in this photo it is the D+

The D- version contains a label indicating the different version:

IF YOU FIT A POWER SUPPLY WITH THE WRONG VERSION, YOU COULD DO DAMAGE TO BOTH THE SYSTEM AND THE BATTERY CHARGER!

On this type of power supply, in addition to the batteries and the of the 12V fridge, the outlets for the camper's utilities (toilet drain, stove fan, etc), the outlet for the pump and those for the clear and gray water tanks.

The wiring on the camper, must already be set up for this type of power supply / battery charger.

During the 220v charging phase, they only feed and charge the service batteries.
