These chargers in fact exist in two versions: 'D+' and 'D-', which we explain in more detail below.

All ARSILICII products are sold without a box or instructions: they are spare parts intended to be installed by professionals.

It also replaces the old AL110S charger now discontinued, always checking the 'D+' or 'D-' version.

if this product is used to replace an old battery charger, it is also necessary to replace the 12V connectors on the vehicle by purchasing the KAIMANO cable kit in its accessories, to be purchased separately.
the 220V connector is also not è present and if required, must be bought separately by making it up (buy one plastic connector and three male fastons)
(this is because the old chargers had an integrated 230V cable, now the new chargers have a Molex connector)

The AL120NB model has two variants:D+ and D-
one is often fitted to FORD and FIAT chassis and is recognisable by a grey label next to the red connector on the engine battery with the words “D-GND” which indicates the negative control from the alternator, while the other version is often fitted to RENAULT chassis and is recognisable because é on the silkscreen print on the red connector it says “MOTOR D+”.

On vehicles produced before 2007, the indication of the RENAULT or FORD make may not be correct, the important thing is to check the D+ or D- version, which is the only correct indication for correctly identifying the spare part.

The versionD-carries a label indicating the different version:

IF YOU MOUNT THE WRONG POWER SUPPLY, YOU MAY DAMAGE BOTH THE PLANT AND THE BATTERY CHARGER!

On this type of power supply are connected, in addition to the batteries and the 12V fridge control, the outlets for the motorhome's utilities (toilet flush, stove fan, etc.), the outlet for the pump and those for the fresh and grey water tanks.

The wiring on the motor home must already be prepared for this type of power supply unit/charger.

When charging 220v, they only supply and charge the service batteries.
