Discover the distributor node adapter for the BC520 battery charger, "D-" version (code XB00003880). With the innovation introduced by Arsilicii in August 2024, it is essential to separate the functions of the battery charger, thus ensuring greater versatility and performance. For a complete replacement, make sure you purchase the distributor, the separate charger and the new type Molex cable kit.
It is crucial to pay attention to the available versions: "D+" and "D-". Make sure you select the correct version that you already have mounted on the vehicle, otherwise the distributor will not work. This adapter is designed to replace the old AL 110X chargers, now out of production, offering a modern and reliable solution for your power system.

All ARSILICII products are sold without any box or instructions: they are spare components intended to be installed by operators of the sector.
It also replaces the old AL110 S/X charger now out of
production, always checking the "D+" or "D-"
version.
ATTENTION!
If this product is used to replace an old battery charger, it is
also necessary to replace the 12V connectors on the vehicle by
purchasing the KAIMANO cable kit present in its accessories, to be
purchased separately.
The power supply is also needed because the new DISTRIBUTORS do not
have this function.
The 220V connector is also not present and if necessary, it must be
purchased separately by assembling it (buy a plastic connector and
three male fastons)
(this is because the old battery chargers had the 230V cable
integrated , now the new battery chargers have a Molex
connector)

The AL120NB model has two variants:
one is often mounted on FORD and FIAT mechanics and is recognizable
by a gray label near the red connector of the engine battery with
the words “D-GND” written, which indicates the negative
command from the alternator, while the other version is often
mounted on RENAULT mechanics and is recognizable because on the
silkscreen relating to the red connector there is written
“MOTOR D+”.
On vehicles produced before 2007, the indication of the RENAULT or FORD brand may not be correct, the important thingIt is necessary to check the D+ or D- version which is the only correct indication to correctly identify the spare part.

The D- version contains a label indicating the different version Q-:
IF YOU FIT A POWER SUPPLY WITH THE WRONG VERSION, YOU COULD DO DAMAGE TO BOTH THE SYSTEM AND THE BATTERY CHARGER!
On this type of power supply, in addition to the batteries and the 12V fridge control, the outputs for the camper utilities (toilet drain, stove fan, etc.), the output for the pump and those for the clear and gray water tanks are connected.
The wiring on the camper, it must be already designed for this type of power supply / battery charger.
In the process of being 220v charge, they power and charge only the service batteries.

For correct installation, in addition to the AL120 D- distributor, it is necessary to purchase separately the "MEAN WELL" battery charger (code ARS-XB00001870) and the KAIMANO cable kit (code ARS-ZGK0000111). Please note that the distributor is supplied without cables or accessories; therefore, if you need these components, you will have to order them separately. In addition, the distributor is equipped with an intelligent management card that monitors currents, voltages and temperatures, integrating perfectly with the AS-D2NA (R-CAN) system.
