One-component filler sealing adhesive, suitable for tough bonding and gap filling.

TECHNICAL DATA :

• Moisture Curing Mechanism
• Density (not polymerised) (CQP 006-4) approx. 1.3 kg/l
• Non-flow properties (thixotropy): good
• Application temperature: from +5°C to +40°C
• Dust-free time: 60 min. about

• Volumetric shrinkage: about 5%
• Shore A hardness: about 40
• Tensile strength: approximately 1.8 N/mm2
• Elongation at break: about 500%
• Tearing strength: about 6 N/mm

FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
Sikaflex®-221 adheres well to a wide range of substrates and is suitable for the creation of permanently elastic sealings with high adhesive power.
Suitable substrates are wood, metals, primers for metals and painting systems (two-component systems), ceramic and plastic materials.
