The CamTivusat 4K is a conditional access module (CAM, Conditional Access Module), which allows the viewing of free and encoded (encrypted) television programs on the tivùsat platform. Through this module it is possible to take advantage of encoded television offers, directly through your television or decoder equipped with a CI + slot and satellite tuner.

It allows access to standard definition (SD – standard definition), high definition (HD – high definition) and 4K (ultra HD) channels. Access to high definition channels will only be possible if the module is inserted into a compatible or tivùsat 4k certified 4K television or decoder.

N.B. to activate the card you need the serial number shown on the card, insert the card into a decoder or CAM TIVUSAT and tune in to a channel on the platform (for example Rai 1 or Canale 5), call the call center on 06 891 895 or from the website TivùSat web site https://areaclienti.tivusat.tv/app/attiva_step_1 the following data will be requested: the 12-digit serial number of the card, name, surname, date and place of birth, tax code or VAT number, Italian address, number telephone number, email address, consent to the processing of personal data. Activation will take approximately 30-60 minutes, in the meantime leave the card inserted in the decoder (or in the CAM) turned on and tuned to Rai 1 or Canale 5.

ACTIVATION IS RESERVED ONLY FOR RESIDENTS OF ITALY, THE TAX CODE IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED.

TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE SATELLITE TV RECEIVER OR TELEVISION, INSERT THE CAM ONLY WHEN IT IS COMPLETELY OFF WITH THE 220V PLUG DISCONNECTED.

THE WARRANTY VOIDS IF THE CAM IS TAMPERED WITH BOTH THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE LEVELS

The Tivùsat Card is sold new and not active. When it has been activated with your personal data, the Card becomes the exclusive property of the holder and for this reason it is non-returnable and non-replaceable but if necessary you must contact tivusat assistance exclusively which provides guarantee and assistance.
