COME MONTARE O
SOSTITUIRE UN OBLO'?
Come per molti altri ricambi, questi lavori andrebbero realizzati
da addetti professionisti in modo da evitare rischi di
infiltrazione di acqua ma, se volete cimentarvi da soli, ecco
alcune semplici indicazioni di massima:
MATERIALI
OCCORRENTI:
Sigillante in nastro butilico "TEROSTAT"
di larghezza minima 25 mm. da utilizzare per far aderire e
sigillare l'oblò sul tetto.
Sigillante poliuretanico tipo SIKAFLEX 521UV per sigillare il bordo
e le viti.
Viti adatte al materiale del tetto, normalmente non
fornite nei prodotti Fiamma:
Tetto in Vetroresina, viti in acciaio,
Tetto in Alluminio, viti zincate
Togliere il vecchio oblò facendo attenzione a non rovinare la
parte del tetto dove andrà incollato di
nuovo l'oblò.
Pulire accuratamente la superficie togliendo qualsiasi residuo o
avvallamento.
Non usare solventi o detersivi eccetto alcool denaturato poi
asciugato completamente.
- Applicare il nastro terostat sul tetto lungo
il perimetro del foro (verificare prima appoggiando l'oblò che
il nastro andrà ad aderire al bordo esterno dell'oblò)
non lasciando nessuno spazio aperto ed evitando accavallamenti del
nastro, perché potrebbero far entrare acqua;
- Appoggiare delicatamente l'oblò, centrandolo;
- Stringere le viti avendo cura di incrociare il serraggio in
modo da far ederire omogeneamente il bordo al tetto;
- Rimuovere eventuale Terostat in eccesso sul bordo con una
spatola in plastica (il taglierino potrebbe far danni se non si ha
esperienza)
- Applicare il Sikaflex sul bordo tra il tetto e l'oblò e
sulle viti, ricoprendole completamente.
- Lasciare asciugare per 24 ore.
