The CI stepper motor is designed with an optimised duty cycle to ensure safe and reliable operation. According to the specifications, the duty cycle is 2 minutes ON and 5 minutes OFF for CE marking, whilst for UL certification it is 1 minute ON and 8 minutes OFF. This duty cycle setting prevents overheating and preserves the integrity of the mechanism over time.
ATTENTION! PLEASE READ THIS NOTE:
This is the only engine of its kind in existence; it is very robust and has been in production for over 30 years.
If its pinion breaks, this is caused solely and exclusively by a malfunction of the limit switch and/or by the step not sliding smoothly, which may be due to issues relating to its wear and condition.
If the limit switch (a microswitch fitted to the step) does not cut off the power supply to the motor,This continues to rotate even when the step is fully open or closed, causing the pinion to break.
BEFORE INSTALLING IT, YOU MUST MANUALLY CHECK BOTH THAT THE LIMIT SWITCHES ARE FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY AND THAT THE STEP SLIDES WITHOUT ANY RESISTANCE, because in the event of the mechanism jamming or the limit switches malfunctioning, THE MOTOR SPROCKET BREAKS, an event which obviously cannot be covered by the product warranty.
The sliding test should not be carried out by pulling the step out from the outside, but by simulating the motor’s movement from the inside. If the mechanism is difficult to slide, lubricate it with specific products such as HHS 2000 ST’di Wärth (product code WU-0893106025)
L'articolo richiesto è arrivato nei tempi previsti integro e ben imballato, l'ho montato ed perfettamente funzionante molto silenzioso. Ho messo 5 stelle perché non ne potevo mettere di più.
j'ai eu du mal à trouver cette pièce pour remplacer celle défectueuse de mon camping car (vieux de plus de 20ans) et puis j'ai trouvé le site de camper flash et là en quelques clics une pièce compatible identique à l'original était disponible en quelques jours chez moi... Livraison impeccable, dans les temps prévus ( même un peu plus rapide).
Le remplacement n'a pris que quelques minutes, tout était identique jusqu'au connecteur électrique... Aucune modification à faire...
Je recommande vraiment, des vrais professionnels et à un prix très concurrentiel malgré la distance ( Belgique)

Mi serviva un motore per lo scalino del mio camper che si era rotto. Essendo il camper un po'vecchiotto non trovavo il modello uguale all'originale, ma questo lo ha sostituito perfettamente. Consegna e spedizione veloce. Tutto Ok.
Su un sito per camperisti avevo pubblicato delle foto di un motore x scalino camper che non riuscivamo a trovare. Mi ha risposto il signor Gianni ( spero di non sbagliare nome) ha risposto ha tutte le mie domande.. E anche di più.. E ne ho fatte tante!!
