Lakenet Srls, operator of the Camperflash.it activities as better identified at the bottom of this page, with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005, recognizes the possibility for the final consumer to withdraw from the sales contract, without the need to state any cause or reason, by returning the product in the same condition in which it was received (the goods must be resalable AS NEW).

Article 54 of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 205/2006, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, provides that:

If the customer is a final consumer (a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, i.e. placing an order without a VAT number), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing any explanation and without any additional charges.

VAT number holders (companies or professionals) are not entitled to the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot return purchased products under this right.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the private customer must simply send Lakenet Srls a communication within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, by filling out the form at the bottom of the page.

If more than 14 days have passed since receipt, it will not be possible under any circumstances to obtain a return under the right of withdrawal.

Once the withdrawal notice has been received, Lakenet Srls will provide the customer with instructions regarding the return procedure and the RMA authorization number.

The product must be received by the seller STRICTLY within 7 days from the authorization.

In the event of delay, the request shall lapse and it will no longer be possible to submit it again.

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions, as provided by current regulations:

• the Right of Withdrawal applies only if the product price is equal to or greater than €50.00 (fifty euros)
