RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REPENSATION)

Lakenet srls manager of camperflash.it activities as identified at the bottom of this page, with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005 recognizes the possibility for the final consumer to withdraw from the sales contract, without needing to motivate the cause or reason .

Article. 54 of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 205/2006, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, provides for:

If the customer is a final consumer (natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, that is, he places an order without the presence of VAT), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide no explanation and no charge.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer will only have to send a written communication to lakenet srls within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by anticipating it via email.

Once the withdrawal notification has been received, Lakenet srls will provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods and the RMA authorization number. The product must reach the seller within 14 days of authorization.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

- the Right of Withdrawal is applicable only if the total purchase price is 50.00 (fifty) euros or more;
- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (example: accessories, attachments, power supplies, etc.);
- the right cannot be applied to audiovisual products and / or sealed software (including those attached to hardware), or spare computer / electronic products protected by the manufacturer's warranty seal, once opened;
- the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...) To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting the box of the product in a further package, on which to apply a label showing the RMA number (return authorization code); the affixing of labels, writings or adhesive tapes directly onto the original product packaging must be absolutely avoided;
- by law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
- the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt by Lakenet srls, is under the full responsibility of the customer therefore we suggest to insure the return shipment;
- in the event of damage to the product during transport, Lakenet srls will immediately notify the customer of what happened in order to allow the customer to file a complaint against the carrier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, canceling the request for withdrawal;
- Lakenet srls cannot respond in any way for theft / loss or damage of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
- the product returned by the Customer will be checked to assess any damage or tampering. If the product or packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, Lakenet will deduct from the refund due a percentage proportional to the damage.
- In the event of wear or tampering due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the property, pursuant to Legislative Decree, 02/21/2014 No. 21, G.U. 11/03/2014, Lakenet srls will retain an amount proportional to the verified and documented wear through photos and / or videos of the product.
- Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging and / or to wear and tear, Lakenet srls will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid, including the original transport costs, within 14 days from the return of the product, via cancellation of the amount using the same payment method as the Customer. In case of payment by bank transfer, it will be the customer's responsibility to provide the bank details to be reimbursed in time.
- The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its content), in the cases in which it is ascertained:

- lack of external and / or internal packaging;
- the absence of product elements (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
- total damage for reasons other than transportation.

In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, we will return the purchased good to the sender, debiting it with the shipping costs.

- In the case of products with defects or anomalies, the normal warranty applies.

Purchases withdrawn directly at the point of Anguillara cannot enjoy the right of withdrawal, as this right is reserved exclusively for distance purchases.
