TERMS OF SALE LAKENET SRLS

The Products are sold with all the legal guarantees and protections provided for the Final Consumer.

We issue tax receipts for private individuals, or VAT invoice for professionals and companies. The shipment takes place after the actual receipt of the payment.

Due to the many variables in the field of online sales, Lakenet srls reserves the right to accept or not the order proposal received from the Customer.

Our acceptance is realized only at the moment of the evasion of the goods object of the order proposal and until then we reserve the right to refuse the sale, with the simple reimbursement of any amount paid without the Proposer being able to claim any additional credit.

It is recalled that the products are sold according to their manufacturer code. Lakenet srls cannot be held responsible if the published photo is different from the product because the manufacturers modify the details of their articles even without notice.

Therefore it is good to check the compatibility of the product before purchasing it.

UPON RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE, IF NOTICE OF OBVIOUS DAMAGE ON THE PACKAGE, SIGN THE RECEIPT WITH THE WRITTEN 'With Reserve' in order to be able to contest any internal damage due to the transport.

The days indicated in the choice of the courier indicate the time needed for transport and not the availability of the product.

For example, if a product is immediately available, it is shipped on the first day and delivered on courier time.
If a product is available in 4 days, the delivery will be on average in 4 working days plus the time necessary to transport the package, according to the chosen courier.

The availability times of the products are therefore not editable by choosing more or less fast couriers.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

Due to the speed and automation of the shipping process, it is not possible to CHANGE an order. 
Contact us to modify an order, unless it has already been processed and/or escaped.

You can CANCEL AN ORDER NOT PAID ONLY WITHIN THREE HOURS OF THE ORDER!

Cancellations after three hours cause the charge of Euro 12.00 for handling, packaging and moving the goods.
We also remind you that an order placed is always subject to our acceptance, in case of cancellation will be notified by email in the next 24 working hours with immediate refund of any sums paid.

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMES:
Orders received and paid within 24:00 hours are usually shipped within the first next business day but the exceptions are products located in remote warehouses or to be ordered.
In these cases, please refer to the times indicated in the online product sheet where the time needed to fulfill the order is clearly indicated.

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS OF ORDER FULFILLMENT:
If a product is unavailable for shipment (very rare event but not impossible by managing over 5000 items) we will contact you in the next few hours for any replacement and/ or immediate refund.

PROBLEMS UPON ARRIVAL OF GOODS:
In case of failure or problems on receipt of the goods please make photographs of what you received, including the external and internal package.
WE REMIND YOU THAT FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE WARRANTY, IT IS ADVISABLE TO KEEP ALL THE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT!

PROBLEMS ARISING FROM THE FAILURE TO USE OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED:
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, any other liability of the Lakenet srls, however, arising from the Products supplied or from their resale, is excluded.

In particular, no compensation and/or indemnification for damages, direct or indirect, of any nature resulting from the failure or limited use of the Products may be claimed.

It is also specified that the products sold by Lakenet srls are intended for personal and non-professional use.

If you need to purchase products for a different use from the staff, please contact us in advance to purchase for any issue of a dedicated quote with specific products.
 

ORDERS TO BE COLLECTED DIRECTLY FROM THE EEL WAREHOUSE:

The products are packaged and the customer can open the packaging if he wishes (and if there are no seals)  before taking the product away: once out of the collection point we cannot accept complaints for physical damage. In any case, if you find physical defects DO NOT TURN ON THE PRODUCT because it would not be possible in any case to manage the return.

Orders are waiting at the point of sale for 5 days, if they are not withdrawn at the end of this time, they are automatically deleted.

If the ORDER is PREPAID, the withdrawal will be possible only by the holder of the order with ID.
In case of COMPANIES' or ENTITIES will be required to receive in advance PROXY SIGNED BY THE HOLDER/ ADMINISTRATOR with indication of the person who will be delegated to withdraw the order.
Please note that in the absence of such documentation it will not be possible to collect the goods.

SALES/ INVOICE DOCUMENTATION:
PRIVATE CUSTOMERS IN ITALY:
The "mail order" regulated by art. 22, paragraph 1, n. 1, of Decree 633/72 allows the seller not to issue any tax document, recording sales in consideration. The issued document (RECEIPT NOT TAX) is valid for the exercise of the official guarantee of the producer in accordance with current legislation.
The sale to the END USER therefore generates the issuance of a RECEIPT NOT TAX or a RECEIPT TAX while the sales to customers with VAT generated an INVOICE VAT.
For withdrawals at home, however, the sale to private individuals is carried out always and only with the issue of a TAX RECEIPT TO BE KEPT FOR ANY NEED OF INTERVENTION UNDER WARRANTY, as it is not possible to obtain a duplicate.

We ship the products to the Customers with VAT with INVOICE ACCOMPANYING.

Once the material has been shipped, it is not possible to make any changes to the documents issued.

The information sheets are to be understood except errors and omissions, in case of dispute on the web content is always the product code to which reference is made.
The prices are updated daily and only the price shown in the order inserted and in the order confirmation email received.
The stocks are updated in real time but it is not possible to exclude a human error or an incorrect calculation between the orders received and those processed. The order fulfillment rate in the last 12 months has been 99.5%.

The products purchased by the final consumer have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt within which the Buyer will be able to exercise his rights following the rules indicated on the specific page.
