CONVENTIONAL and LEGAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS (Art. 130 / 131 CdC)
A) All products sold by Lakenet srls are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Art. 130 / 131 CdC.
B) To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the relevant purchase document (non-fiscal receipt or invoice) which he will receive attached with the shipment notification email.
C) By accepting the purchase contract, the customer declares to take note of the assistance methods in force at the time of recourse to Warranty Assistance.
D) The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the package or in any case as the Manufacturer indicates on its website or through its communication channels.
E) The 24-month warranty pursuant to Art. 130 / 131 CdC applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation possibly attached to the product.
F) This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form). If the product has been sold and invoiced to a business or profession (subject to VAT), the guarantee has a duration of 12 months pursuant to Art. 130 / 131 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
G) In the event of a lack of conformity, Lakenet srls will restore the conformity of the product through repair/replacement.
H) In the event that Lakenet srls is unable to return a product under warranty to its customer (restored or replaced), Lakenet srls may proceed at its discretion to refund the amount paid via a discount voucher of equal value or to replace it with a product with equal or superior characteristics.
I) If, following a technical verification, the disputed defect does not prove to be a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration, as well as any transport costs incurred by Lakenet srls.
WARRANTY PROVISION CONDITIONS
L) If a defect should appear within 8 calendar days of the arrival of the product to the Customer (DOA, Death On Arrival), Lakenet srls will collect the product at its own expense in order to proceed with its replacement after having verified the actual problem , except as stated in point I)
M) After 8 calendar days, the defect can no longer be considered a DOA and the customer will have to arrange for the product to be delivered to the Lakenet srls warehouse at his own expense.
N) Sending the product is under the responsibility of the Customer who, for his protection, will be required to insure the shipment and adequately package the product because if it were to be lost or damaged during transport, he will be responsible.
O) In both cases M) and N) the Customer is required to send a request in advance by email to assistenza@camperflash.it indicating the problem encountered and the purchase document: Lakenet srls will then send a number of RMA necessary to initiate the return of the product for the necessary checks required.
REASONS FOR EXCLUSION OF THE WARRANTY
Guarantees cannot be accepted in the following cases:
Failures caused by the buyer or by other people who have used
the goods improperly;
(Sulphated batteries, wet products, incorrectly assembled,
etc.)
Damage caused by transport, not contested within the deadlines set
upon arrival;
For installation or activation of the product carried out without
following the instructions provided or what is reported in the user
manual.
For installation by unlicensed personnel who do not possess the
requisites required for the necessary assembly/installation
(invoice and installation certificate required for air
conditioners, refrigerators, boilers, boilers and related spare
parts)
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INSTALLATION OF SPARE PARTS CHEAPLY, WITHOUT THE AID OF QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS REPRESENTS A VALID REASON IN CERTAIN CASES FOR EXCLUSION FROM THE WARRANTY.
