The products sold by Camperflash enjoy the legal guarantee: for the private end consumer (i.e. those who purchased without VAT number) the duration of the guarantee is 24 months.
If a problem is encountered during this period, it is necessary to contact the technical department via WhatsApp at +390698382203 for preliminary checks.
If it is necessary to send the product to us, you must request return authorization by sending an email to info@camperflash.it, explaining the problem in detail in the appropriate field.
Once the request has been verified, you will receive the authorization with the relevant RMA number and will be able to ship the product following the instructions you will receive.
