RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RE-THINKING)

Lakenet srls, manager of the camperflash.it activities as better identified at the bottom of this page, with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005 recognizes the possibility for the final consumer to withdraw from the sales contract, without the need to justify the cause or the reason.

Art. 54 of the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 205/2006, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014 in fact provides:

If the customer is a final consumer (a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, i.e. places an order without the presence of a VAT number), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide any explanation and without any further charge.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must only send Lakenet srls a written communication within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, anticipating it via email.

The formal communication must then be sent by email to info@lakenet.it

Once the notice of withdrawal has been received, Lakenet srls will communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods and the RMA authorization number.
The product must STRICTLY reach the seller within 7 days of authorization.
In case of delay, the request will lapse and it will no longer be possible to request it again.

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions, dictated by the regulations in force:

- the Right of Withdrawal is applicable only if the price of the product is equal to or greater than 50.00 (fifty) euros;

(the reason lies in the management costs of the return that would exceed the margin on the product, the standard is contained in the "Consumer Code" Law, Articles 52/59):

- the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (example: accessories, attachments, power supplies, etc.);

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to:

- sealed audiovisual products and / or software;

- electronic boards or sealed electronic components (including those attached to hardware material);

- spare computer / electronic products protected by the manufacturer's guarantee seal, once the relative seal has been opened and broken;

- products cut to size (cables, fabrics, sheets, etc.)

- products intended for personal use such as clothes, tablecloths, duvets, sleeping bags, tableware, plates, glasses and in general, any product whose hygiene could be compromised;

- products specially ordered at the request of the customer;

- BATTERIES or objects that become used objects when turned on or used (batteries, for example, once they have received the first charge / discharge start their sulphation process and would no longer be salable as new)

The purchased good subject to return for withdrawal must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...)

To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting the product box in another package, on which to apply a label bearing the RMA number (return authorization code); the affixing of labels, writings or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product must be absolutely avoided, in this case THE PRODUCT MAY NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED NEW;

- by law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;

- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt by Lakenet srls, is under the complete responsibility of the customer therefore we suggest to insure the shipment;

- in the event of damage to the product during transport to the seller, Lakenet srls will immediately notify the customer of the incident in order to allow the customer to file a complaint against the carrier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if the shipment has been insured by the Customer, which we always indicate to do); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, canceling the request for withdrawal;

- Lakenet srls therefore cannot answer in any way for theft / loss or damage of goods returned during their return transport;

- the product returned by the customer will be checked to assess any damage or tampering. If the product or the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, Lakenet, following the aforementioned legislation, will deduct from the refund due a percentage proportional to the damage and / or wear.

- In case of wear or tampering due to manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the asset, pursuant to Legislative Decree, 21/02/2014 n ° 21, G.U. 11/03/2014, Lakenet srls will withhold an amount proportional to the wear and tear ascertained and documented through photos and / or videos of the product.

- Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging and / or wear and tear, Lakenet srls will refund the customer the full amount of the product only (excluding transport costs even if free), within 14 days from his return, through the transfer of the amount using the same payment method as the Customer. In the case of products sold with transport included or free, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
In case of payment of the original order by bank transfer or cash on delivery, it will be the customer's responsibility to provide the bank details on which to make the reimbursement in time.

- It is possible to request and obtain a voucher instead of a refund, in order to proceed with a new order by decreasing the credit obtained

- if the product was purchased with shipping included, the cost of shipping calculated on the basis of the weight / volume of the package will be deducted from the refund, with a minimum of 10 euros

- It is reiterated that the right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where it is ascertained:

- the lack or deterioration of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
- Packaging that damages the original box or packaging (tape, writing, etc.)
- the absence of elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
- total or partial damage for reasons other than its transport from the Customer to our warehouse (for which the Customer will be reimbursed if necessary by his courier).

IN SITESIS, THE PRODUCT MUST RETURN TO US IN THE CONDITIONS OF IT CAN BE SOLD AS NEW.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the product will be made available to the Customer to be able to collect it at our warehouse.

- In the case of products with defects or anomalies, the normal guarantee applies and it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Purchases collected directly from the Anguillara warehouse cannot enjoy the right of withdrawal, as this right is reserved exclusively for remote purchases.
