are made with BRT/DPD and GLS express courier that delivers in Europe in 4/5 workings days from shipment.
For countries subject to CUSTOMS (Norway and UK) delivery times are INDICATIVELY about 7/14 working days due to customs operations.

The cost calculation is automatic based on the weight / volume of the order.

It is of course possible to view the costs BEFORE concluding the order and paying. However, it is necessary to register because EVERY COUNTRY has different costs for VAT, transport and any CUSTOMS, and therefore we need to have the recipients' data for the correct calculation.

SHIPMENT TO UK

For UK shipments are subject to customs and it is possible to send packages up to 30 kg.
Unfortunately, the cost of shipping has increased due to export costs.
UK Customers do not pay VAT to us, but will pay it upon arrival of the goods to their country along with the duties required by England for import operations.
These shipments are therefore subject to longer times due to the customs paperwork to be completed.

SHIPMENT TO NORWAY

For Norway, shipments are subject to customs and it is possible to send packages with a maximum weight of 30 kg.
Unfortunately, the cost of shipping has increased due to export costs.
Norwegian Customers pay VAT to us, and will pay the duties required by Norway for import operations upon arrival.
These shipments are therefore subject to longer times due to the customs paperwork to be completed.

SHIPMENT TO EU COUNTRY

For the nations of the European Community there is obviously no CUSTOMS duty. We will apply the VAT of the RECIPIENT COUNTRY.

We recommend that you follow the instructions for receiving the goods so as not to invalidate the insurance coverage.

Upon arrival of the goods we invite you to carefully check the packaging and to contest, signing "WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL" in case of external damages, EVEN THE SLIGHTEST, indicating them in the receipt.

DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING AND PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE VERIFIED THAT IT IS FREE FROM DAMAGE OR MALFUNCTION!
In case of absence of packaging, it will not be possible to proceed with the return or guarantee.

ATTENTION! It is then mandatory to dispute within 2 calendar days from receipt of the goods any damage that may occur at the opening of the package.

We will take care of any paperwork necessary for the refund and/or return of the damaged product, which will take place within 30 days from the reporting of damage suffered or in 7 days if you have chosen the insurance service PLUS.

DELIVERY TIMES are indicated in the product sheet, usually we ship the day after the paid order, but for some products the waiting time may be lower or higher.

When we indicate that a product will be shipped within 24 hours, it means that it will depart the day after placing and paying for the order.

The delivery, if the customer has chosen an express courier (BRT) will usually take place the day after the shipment.
For the Islands (Sardinia and Sicily) the times are lengthened of 24/48 hours, while for the smaller islands and the deprived areas, the times of delivery depend on local factors. Generally a package in these areas is delivered within 3/5 days of shipment.

THE CALCULATION OF THE TAXIBLE WEIGHT, is the weight calculated by the couriers to tax the shipment and is also called VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT. It takes into account both the REAL WEIGHT of the package and its VOLUME, establishing that a cubic meter is taxed as if it weighed 300kg regardless of the REAL RETURN.
If the weight is higher, the latter will be taken into consideration instead of the VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT.

Let’s take an example, a package that weighs 5 kg but develops a volume of 0.50 cubic meters, the courier applies the tariff as if it weighed 150 kg.

If the same package weighs 160 Kg, the Courier will apply the rate for 160 Kg.

The volumetric weight is obtained by multiplying the volume of the package with the expected weight-volume ratio (300).

For example : if a neck weighs 15 kg and measures 50x30x60 cm, multiplying 0,50 0,30 0,60 we get the volume of the neck of 0,09 Mc.
Multiplying the volume 0,09 300  (weight/volume ratio considered) we get the taxable weight of 27 kg.

In this case, if the package weighs, for example, 2 kg, BRT (like any other courier) will charge the shipping cost as if it weighed 27 kg.
