I have never agreed with the very limiting star rating system (4 = 80%, 5 = 100%, really!) however, I cannot think of how this company could possibly improve on their service. Everything, description, price, packaging, communication (especially communication) , delivery, everything was just right. Particularly good when you realise it was sent from a town near Rome - Italy to Cambridge - England. So... for the 1st time ever I'm going to give 5 stars. They deserve it.
