Pur contattato con cortesia il venditore x riferire disguido, ha continuamente asserito con varie ipotesi ,che ho sbagliato ordine art. x nn riconoscere il loro disguido. Per nn continuare la loro intransigenza nel non riconoscere il disguido, nn ho dato seguito x la restituzione, che già era negata. E l'ho tenuto x riserva del lato sinistro finestra !
