Camperflash Shipping: Everything You Need to Know

to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
ATTENTION!
All our Couriers have informed us that from January 1st
2026 they will be forced to apply significant cost
increases to shipping services, with
general increases around 6/7%.
In addition, BRT/DPD
has announced that, beyond these increases, ALL PARCELS
LONGER THAN 170 cm and/or with volumetric weight over 31.5
Kg will incur an additional average shipping cost increase
of 60 euros + VAT.
STARTING FROM JANUARY WE WILL BE FORCED TO APPLY THESE
INCREASES TO SHIPPING COSTS.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight/volume of the parcel.
- The minimum shipping rate in Italy is 9.90 euros
- The minimum rate for foreign shipments (outside Italy) starts from 13 euros.
- Volumetric calculation: all
couriers consider 1 cubic meter = 250 Kg. The
shipping cost is calculated based on the "volumetric
weight" resulting from the dimensions of the parcel and
not just its weight. In practice, couriers charge based on volume
and not only on physical weight,
using the higher value
between the two.
Example: a parcel weighing 20 Kg with dimensions 1 m x 1 m x 1 m = 1 cubic meter, is charged as if it weighed 250 Kg and not 20 Kg.
Shipments outside Italian territory:
Shipments to European territory (European Community) are handled normally.
For destinations outside
the European Community, the conditions of the destination
country apply: if the parcel must go through Customs, the Customer
will be required to pay VAT (not paid to us and
therefore deducted from the order costs) and
DUTIES.
Approximately, these costs will be around 25% of the order
value (we cannot know the exact amount, as it depends on
the Customs of the destination country)
The Customer will be contacted by the Courier BEFORE DELIVERY and must pay these costs to receive the parcel.
Important: How to Enter the Address
- Enter a complete and correct address to avoid additional costs related to delivery errors or address change requests after shipping.
- The provided address must match the name indicated in the order.
- If the address belongs to a company, campsite or other facility, IT MUST BE SPECIFIED, otherwise the courier will go to the address looking only for your name and will not be able to deliver.
Shipment Tracking
- You will receive an email and an SMS/Whatsapp with the tracking link on the shipping day, usually in the late afternoon.
Instructions for Receiving Goods
To avoid issues with insurance coverage:

Check the products immediately upon arrival.

Carefully inspect the packaging:
- If you notice ANY external damage, even minimal, sign with "GOODS CHECK RESERVE" and specify the details of the damage on the receipt.
- Do not ignore even the slightest damage!

Do not discard the packaging until the product has been fully checked.
- Without the original packaging, return or warranty procedures cannot be initiated.

Report any damage within 5 calendar days from receipt of goods.
- You can contact us by phone or email to start the refund or replacement process.
Handling Damaged Products
- Camperflash will take care of all necessary procedures for refund or reshipment.
- Processing
times:
- Within 30 days from the report for standard service.
- Within 7 days with PLUS insurance service.
Final Recommendations
- Carefully follow the instructions for receiving the goods.
- Any delays or damage can be handled faster if you provide proper documentation.
