HOW TO IDENTIFY THE CORRECT SPARE PART
We stock a wide range of spare parts for motorhomes of all ages: roof lights, windows, complete windows, panes, arms, pistons, stays, covers, domes, locks, mouldings, seals, profiles, bumpers, side skirts, windscreens, spare parts for pumps, fridges, windows of all brands, and more.
We also stock specific spare parts for the best-known brands: RIMOR, LAIKA, ARCA, etc.
Motorhome spare parts are relatively easy to identify, but the correct procedure must be followed. Before ordering, please read these instructions carefully. If in doubt, contact us before placing your order. WHATSAPP: click here from your mobile phone to open WhatsApp with us directly: +390698382203
NOTE: WINDOW PANES and some PANORAMIC DOMETIC ROOF LIGHTS are supplied loose and are therefore shipped in our own packaging, because these products are delivered to us without specific packaging.
As these products are intended to be installed by specialised personnel, they are not supplied with instructions or manuals of any kind.
For the installation of accessories and special spare parts, although DIY installation is possible with the appropriate skills, we recommend using specialised workshops to avoid damage to the vehicle or the product.
For the same reason, the manufacturer's warranty applies only if installation has been carried out professionally and supported by official documentation from the authorised installer.

PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE LINEAR METRE
What does this mean? These are products such as sheets, hoses, tapes, etc. When you find the indication LM - sold by the linear metre, or 1 MT in the description, it means the product is purchased by the metre.
If you order 1 metre, you will receive one piece of the ordered product, 1 metre long. If you order 2 metres, you will receive one 2-metre piece, and so on.
For these products it is not possible to order partial measurements (for example, 1.5 metres is not possible) and RETURNS BY WITHDRAWAL ARE NOT POSSIBLE because the product is cut to size.
MOTORHOME WINDSCREENS (not vans)
We can supply windscreens for most European motorhomes. We do not supply van windscreens, which are normally available from automotive spare-part networks.
To prepare a quotation, we need the vehicle registration document, a photo of the windscreen, frontal and complete, including the marking if present, and its measurements (width and height) taken as shown in this image:

SPARE PARTS FOR HOBS
We have many spare parts for hobs (burners, thermocouples, grids, etc.), but also for this category the parts can be identified only and exclusively by the exact model. Unfortunately, the identification label is located UNDER THE HOB, so it can sometimes be complicated to find, but it is always necessary. Only for grids and burners can we try to identify the part using photos and measurements of the old spare part sent via WhatsApp.

WINDOWS / PANES
Motorhome and caravan windows exist in many types and models. Several details are required for identification, and it is not possible to identify them from the vehicle model alone, because the components used may have changed during production.
In short, from the motorhome/caravan model name alone, it is not possible to know which window is actually installed.
Therefore, as much information as possible is needed to avoid
mistakes:
- measurements taken as explained below;
- a frontal photo of the window showing the whole window
clearly;
- a photo of the marking usually found at the top right on
the outside (only for SEITZ / Birkoltz
windows).
Finally, the term window commonly refers only to the pane. If you need a window with frame, you must purchase a COMPLETE WINDOW, including its frame.
Unless otherwise specified, panes, except for SEITZ/DOMETIC panes, are not supplied with ARMS, CLOSURES AND STAYS, which must be purchased separately.
SEITZ/DOMETIC windows are the easiest to identify because their marking already includes the measurements. For example, if the marking shows the code AGS51300X600, it means it is a Seitz S5 pane measuring 1300 x 600 (width x height).

ATTENTION!
If you need to replace SEITZ/BIRKOLTZ panes that are
over 20 years old, you may have old-type hinges
that no longer exist. If yours is the OLD TYPE,
unfortunately the whole window will have to be replaced,
because the hinge shape may prevent the pane from closing
completely. Some workshops may be able to replace the hinge on the
new pane using the old one, but this is a difficult and risky
job.

MEASURING THE WINDOW: all windows and accessories are measured NOT ACCORDING TO THE GLASS SIZE, but according to the BODY OPENING, i.e. the actual opening in the living cell, excluding the thickness of the seals.
All windows or panes, regardless of model or brand, are catalogued in this way: CELL OPENING. If you measure including the seals, add about 1 cm. Measurements are rounded to 50 mm, so a body-opening measurement of 690 mm will become 700 mm. In some cases, a copy of the registration document is required to identify the needed spare part without any doubt.
SEITZ / DOMETIC panes/windows are the most common and the easiest to identify using the external label. All other windows cannot be identified using the external label, so they must be photographed and both the external pane (precisely) and the body opening must be measured following the instructions above.
To help identify them, below is the comparison between CELL OPENING and PANE/GLASS SIZE (including the hinge on the pane), which is easier to measure from outside the vehicle.

Window panes are replaced by removing their arms and lifting the pane until it disengages from its guide/profile. They are refitted in the same way, proceeding in reverse order.
ROOF LIGHTS
Roof lights are identified by the ROOF OPENING. Therefore, when you see, for example, Fiamma 40x40 roof light, this means a roof light to be installed in a roof opening of that size. To verify the exact size, the lower frame of the roof light must be removed; then it will be possible to measure only the ROOF OPENING. No other measurement can be used to identify the correct spare part.
Some SEITZ / DOMETIC roof lights have a label on the dome that helps identify them, but it is always best to measure the roof opening as well.
Roof lights are installed using TEROSTAT as a seal under the profile in contact with the roof, then finishing the outer edge and screws with SIKAFLEX 521UV or similar, provided it is a POLYURETHANE SEALANT.
The choice of screws depends on the roof material. If it is ALUMINIUM, STAINLESS STEEL screws must be used to avoid galvanic corrosion.

WINDOW ARMS / STAYS
The arms are always identified by photos and by the WINDOW HEIGHT, measured as explained above.
If it is not a SEITZ window, photos are needed to identify the exact model, attachments, etc. When a size is indicated on an arm, it refers to the WINDOW HEIGHT and not to the length of the arm/stay.
SEITZ window arms are easier to identify because the height is indicated in the external marking at the top right. For example, if the window code is AGS50700x0300, the height is 300 mm, so the Seitz arm of this height must be purchased (DO-VAM300).
TO ORDER THE CORRECT ARM, YOU MUST KNOW THE HEIGHT OF YOUR WINDOW: measuring the stay itself can lead to purchase errors. If the window is NOT SEITZ, photos of the arm are required, as well as the window-height measurement.

SEITZ BLINDS AND FLYSCREENS
The measurements indicated for Seitz blind and flyscreen spare parts ALWAYS REFER TO THE WINDOW OPENING, not to the size of the fabric or flyscreen.
The most common customer mistake is buying the fabric/roller according to measurements taken from their own fabric. If you buy a 1400 mm replacement fabric, it will not measure 1400 mm but about 5 cm less.
The 1400 mm therefore refers to the WINDOW BODY OPENING and NOT TO THE FABRIC SIZE. Always refer to the body opening as explained above, or better, measure the pane precisely and use the table in the window section.
IF THE WINDOW IS NOT SEITZ, finding only the spare part will not be easy and the entire cassette with blind and flyscreen will probably have to be replaced. In this case photos of the cassette and measurements are needed.
SEALS AND SCREW-COVER PROFILES
There are many models of seals and screw-cover profiles, and not all are still available. For this reason, you must send us a photo OF THE CROSS-SECTION of the seal you are looking for, its position on the vehicle (locker door, door, window, etc.) and its measurements.
SPARE PARTS FOR FRIDGES, BOILERS, OVENS AND ROOF LIGHTS
Each appliance has its own spare parts depending on the production date and other data. It is not enough to indicate the vehicle: we need a photo of the product label and, if possible, of the component to be replaced. The serial number can also be decisive; for example, some boiler electronic boards are no longer available for appliances produced before a certain date. The serial number often makes it possible to determine the year of production.
For TRUMA appliances, you can use this graphic to determine the year and month of production:
BODYWORK PARTS (bumpers, wheel arches, side skirts, etc.)
We stock spare parts for Rimor, Elnagh, Chartago, Laika, Mobilvetta, etc. Unfortunately, indicating the vehicle model is not enough; during the years of production the parts may have changed.
To identify the parts without mistakes, we also need the vehicle registration document and photos of the parts to be replaced. With these we can query the manufacturer's database and obtain the fiche of the fitted parts.
For some manufacturers we also need a photo of the body-builder plate, usually near the entrances or in the engine compartment. Please make sure the highlighted code is clearly readable.
Contact us by providing PHOTOS OF THE PART and the VEHICLE REGISTRATION DOCUMENT with the chassis number clearly visible.
DRAIN VALVES AND LOCKS
Here too, simply indicating the motorhome model is not enough. Measurements and photos of the parts are required. Measure the valve and the distance between the bolts, then photograph the valve and send us the information.
AWNING SPARE PARTS
Spare parts and accessories for these products are strictly linked to the EXACT model of your awning. Without the model, it is impossible to identify the spare parts. Even if the parts look similar to something you see online, you are very likely to be mistaken.
To avoid errors, you must have the COMPLETE MODEL OF THE AWNING, including length and projection (for example, 400 cm long and 250 cm projection). The exact model can be found on the INTERNAL label on the awning arm, in this position:
This label indicates a FIAMMA F45PLUS awning, 400 cm long. Please note that old FIAMMA F45 models (over 10/15 years old) often do not use the same spare parts as newer models. In these cases we must contact FIAMMA to confirm the spare part, and we need the SERIAL NUMBER, also shown on the label.
If you have a F45 PLUS over 15 years old, you must follow this guide: F45Plus had the left end cap in one single shell. F45Plus L had the left end cap split into two shells: a half-moon and the lower cap.
Once the model has been identified (F45 Plus L or F45 Plus), use the exploded spare-part images below to find the product code you need.

F45PLUS
F45PLUS L
TOILET SPARE PARTS
For toilet spare parts too, you must pay attention to the model and series of your toilet to avoid mistakes.
If you need a seal, valve or other component, you must ALWAYS state your exact WC model.
If you have a nautical toilet, you need to know the model: the model label is on the rear of the bowl.
If it is a cassette toilet, the label with the exact model is in the cassette compartment. You can photograph it and send it to us with the request for the part you need.
Here you will find a guide on how to identify, for example, the cassette you need for replacement. New cassettes are fitted with wheels, unlike the old ones, but they will still fit.

We cannot list all the spare parts available in our warehouse on the website. If you cannot find the part you need, contact us for a quotation and availability of the spare part you are looking for:
